Qualifications needed:
- Experience facilitating teams toward a common goal using structured Lean Methodologies
- 7+ yrs experience leading kaizen events and continuous improvement activities
- Experience in leading organizations through Lean transformational activities
- Proficient in the use of Lean tools, VSM, 5-S, A3, Hoshin Planning, Leadership Standard Work
- Experience coaching Executive Leadership
- Proven ability to interface with all levels of an organization, from C-Suite to the front lines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong learning orientation
- Good analytical skills, must be a strategic thinker
- Must possess 4 yr degree, preferably a Bachelor's in engineering and/or business areas, an advanced degree is preferred
- Lean training and/or Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred and prior experience in consulting is greatly desired
- Extensive travel required
- Ideal candidate will have healthcare experience
